Pharmacy Weight Loss Spalding is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Spalding and the surrounding UK areas. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where our pharmacist or prescriber determines it is clinically inappropriate. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and could put your health at risk.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. A prescription will only be issued if treatment is deemed safe and appropriate for you.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement at all times. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use in the UK only.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history. Failure to do so may result in a clinical risk to you and termination of your treatment plan.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. We do not offer credit facilities.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been sent.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or tracked items. We cannot be held responsible for items not collected after a failed delivery attempt.
You may cancel your order before a pharmacist has reviewed and approved your prescription. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety regulations. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Non-prescription products may be returned unused and unopened within 14 days for a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
